CapitalPoint LP (“CapitalPoint” or the “Fund”) will focus on building a diversified portfolio of properties mainly in Southern USA. We have focused, and will continue to focus on multi-unit residential complexes that have the capability of generating long-term, stable income.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our Investment philosophy is to focus our efforts on low-to-mid income neighbourhoods, as it lends well to our objective of generating long-term stable income. With the majority of the US population concentrated in the mid-low income economic group, we believe this segment of the rental market will continue to provide resilience to adverse changes in the economy.

With almost $10 million in assets, and with an attractive investment pipeline, CapitalPoint is well on track to building a strong portfolio of assets that have high barriers to entry and will generate long-term, stable income for our investors.
